PPID dibentuk berdasarkan amanat <strong data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"500\">Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik<\/strong> serta <strong data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"597\">Peraturan Komisi Informasi Nomor 1 Tahun 2010 tentang Standar Layanan Informasi Publik<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"913\">PPID UTM memiliki peran strategis untuk menjamin hak masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi yang transparan, akurat, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Melalui PPID, UTM berkomitmen mewujudkan tata kelola universitas yang baik (<strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"846\">good governance<\/strong>) dengan prinsip <strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"912\">transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipatif<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"913\">TIM PPID UTM 2025 Dibentuk berdasarkan SK Rektor No. B\/33\/UN46\/HK.02\/2025.
